Hello! The services I can offer others is as follows: spiritual help and guidance, channeling, counsel on addictions and how to recover from them, prayer and meditation for life issues, spiritual boosting or uplifting, and detailed Native American card readings. I can also offer health and nutrtion suggestions as I was a bodybuilder and personal trainer. I usually help mostly women who have let themselves go due to having kids, busy homes, busy jobs as these ladies need some hope, help, and inspiration to release the goddess within. My roommate Teresa is very inspiring as she has dropped a clothes size and lost 18 pounds by following the suggestions I have given her about nutrition and exercise. It is all about loving yourself no matter what shape you are in and creating affirmations to a beautiful healthy body. Peace and love to you all!
